The filtered-off egg mass is fed by
means of the metering pump to two air-atomizing burners. There it
is atomized into the vibrofluidized bed of inert material, namely
fluoroplastic cubes with 4 mm faces. The product covering the
grains surface gets efficiently dried. Grains' collisions result in
fracturing of the film formed, the latter carried away into the
cyclone and deposited in the tank.
